Dan Feekes; Chief Architect
Dan has over 20 years of semiconductor engineering experience and has worked with and successfully designed products for some of the world’s largest semiconductor companies. Prior to co-founding IdentaChip, Dan held senior design positions at Intel, the last of which was Principle Architect for Intel’s next generation phone and tablet memory subsystems. Previously, Dan was the Design Lead for the Crystal Forest communication chipset, which is enabling Intel to substantially increase share size in the network infrastructure market.

Over his career, Dan has held senior and technical positions with a wide variety of technology companies including: Montalvo Systems, Advanced Micro Devices, and Micron Semiconductor. There are a number of groundbreaking industry firsts among his career achievements. His problem-solving skills have resulted in a diverse portfolio of granted patents and a substantial number of newly filed applications. With a long history of successful product designs, he is uniquely qualified to guide IdentaChip’s technical roadmap in the strong authentication market.

Clint Feekes; Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel

Clint brings over 10 years of patent procurement, licensing, and transactional experience to IdentaChip and has both corporate and entrepreneurial experience. Being a registered Patent Attorney, Clint was in private practice at the law firm of Christensen O’Connor, Johnson, & Kindness, one of the most highly regarded Intellectual Property law firms in the Pacific Northwest. At Christensen, he worked with a range of high-technology clients and provided complete guidance in obtaining and enforcing patents, trademarks, and copyrights in both the U.S. and abroad. In his career, he has represented both emerging and established technology companies in the software, telecommunications, semiconductor, and networking industries. He has counseled dozens of clients in building and managing patent portfolios and has personally prosecuted numerous patents to issuance.

Prior to co-founding IdentaChip, Clint was Corporate IP Counsel at an early stage company where he managed IP matters and gained entrepreneurial experience in the strong authentication industry. As Corporate IP Counsel, he has been instrumental in building licensing programs that have led to the successful monetization of patent portfolios for his clients. He brings with him a unique range of entrepreneurial, legal, and technical skills invaluable in guiding IdentaChip’s  strategic position and growth.
